Customer requested a Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Frosting that looked like a New Orleans King Cake (pictures of a real King Cake included in another post). This was a pretty big cake, it is made up of two 9" layer cakes cut and arranged on a turkey serving platter (to get an idea of how big it was).
